Hartland Overhead Door is a second generation company owned by twins Joe & Chad Lindmark. They run their business with the same dedication to quality and service that Hartland Overhead Door’s customers have come to expect.
Hartland Overhead Door is based in Hartland, WI and its professionals routinely service and install garage doors and openers within a 25-mile radius. The main customer focus is Waukesha and Metro Milwaukee area (specializing in the Lake Country Area).
Hartland Overhead Door’s qualified technicians have performed many installations of CHI & Amarr doors. We can take on jobs large or small of varying complexity and our extensive residential & commercial experience helps prevent unnecessary cost overruns or time delays.

Joe Lindmark
Owner/Master Service Technician
Joe specializes in residential service, commercial installations and training installers. He enjoys hunting and fishing and spending time with his family. His wife Krissy works with him part time at the business and they lead a college age group at their church. They have two toddler boys and are expecting their third child July 2009! He has enjoyed serving on the board of directors for the Hartland Chamber of Commerce and was awarded 2007 Board Member of the Year.
CHAD Lindmark
Owner/Master Service Technician
Chad splits his time between residential and commercial service, and accounting. He also enjoys hunting and spending time with wife, Chrissy and 2 young toddler children. When asked what else he enjoys, he answered, “Long Walks on the Beach.” We all know that is not true living in Wisconsin.
KRIS Lindmark
Sales & Customer Service
Kris works in the office with Kathy doing door quoting and sales, with an emphasis on Commercial, Municipal, and Custom Wood Carriage House doors. She spends her afternoons with her two young children, but works all day on Wednesdays. After working in the office for several years, she still gets excited about Garage Doors and the new products that are offered to consumers for their home.
Kathy GOLUBSKI
Sales & Scheduling
For the past 4 years, Kathy has helped our customers from start to finish. She works in our showroom helping customers choose the right door for their home, and follows through with scheduling and customer service. She enjoys the outdoors and cherishes time with her family camping and kayaking in the summer.
Carlo Maederer
Door & Opener Installation
Carlo enjoys installing garage doors & openers (through all the seasons and all extremes of our Wisconsin weather!). He is very helpful and goes above and beyond to help the customer understand their new purchase. When not working, he is kept busy with his family and four children.
Erik Lindmark
Door & Opener Installation
Erik is our newest member of the Hartland Overhead Door family, but certainly not a stranger to the business. He grew up helping and watching us install doors & openers. Customers appreciate his politeness & professionalism. Erik is engaged to be married May of 2009 – Congratulations!
